I found this photo spread by RANKIN, and i just fell in love with these photos. Something so luring about these. And it definitely takes the Victoria Secret angel label off Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. I honestly love seeing a model in a raw photograph. Rather then stutting on the catwalk.

Birthday outfit.

So before i actually post about the awesome birthday celebration i had - i'm gonna start off with a little outfit i wore, just to give myself a treat. Everyone knows i'm the type that's always comfortable in shorts, a top and flip-flop - and yes, people keep asking me to change my look, but naaaa, it's my look. And it leaves me to dress up on special occasions. So, on my birthday, i decided to wear a new dress i bought a few weeks before. 

The night before, little miss Bash Nash, gave me that necklace and bracelet as a birthday gift, perfect to the addition to the outfit! Feathers, red and gold leaves... my absolute favorite things to combine. She knows me well!

As per usual, i still found a way to wear flip flops - Ipanema are awesome because they make comfy and pretty sandals. I think everyone should get them.

Sorry for the blur photos - this photo was a little quick snap before heading out for work, because i knew that i'd come back too tired to be vain, so might aswell take it when it can! Also, i can't seem to figure out how those blogging fashionistas get such nice shots ALL the time... tips anyone? hehe

1. Low-high skirts - I am still in search of the perfect one! I have a few, but they just don't fit right. I love how this skirt just flows... it's a more 'natural' way of feeling like a princess, especially when you are walking down stairs. (Don't deny it, i know at one point, everyone girl walks down the stairs thinking they are Cinderella for a moment)

2. ZARA Heels - Yes, these Zara heels. I spotted them when i was circling around ZARA for fun and it was love a first sight. Unfortunately, i find it difficult to walk in strapped heels. But i wouldn't mind giving it a go. Naina from SidewalkCatwalks makes these heels look extra kick ass! (Check out her blog for more some really good looks - i love her style - i'm jealous of all the pretty clothes she owns!)

3. Ombré tights - I saw these just last week while flipping through Tumblr - and it caught me. I love them. Though, i know they'll look different in real life - rather then in pictures. But, don't the make you melt? Then can be found HERE - i'm tempted to get myself a pair!

4. Peplum Skirts - this trend has been slowly escalating, and it's growing on me. I think it's pretty chic and fancy but at the same time something that can be worn every day. Though, i think peplums are hard to wear depending on every individuals size, it may look different. I would've mind trying something like the dress on the right. Pretty, yes?


Sometime this year, this wish-list will be in my closet, that is for sure! In the mean time, it's time to save up and spend on the right things!

That's all for now, it took me TWO days to write this post - that is how lazy i've gotten. And sleep deprived, thanks to the night time insomnia.  MORE SOON!

A John Mayer related post.

Ladies and Gentle, the amazing John Mayer is back! 

As you may already know - i am a John Mayer psychopath. No really, i should probably get tested for this obsession i have towards him and his music, it's unhealthy. Then again, i think it's pretty healthy.

Technically, John Mayer's new album gets out on the 22nd of May (i'm still pretty excited to run into the stores and get myself a CD!) None the less, it was announced a couple days ago that his album will be streaming for FREE on iTunes - obviously, i tried to stream it, but it didn't work. And the internet being the internet - the album was downloadable, and well, that's what i did.


All i can say is;


This was me the moment i saw it was downloadable. And then waiting for a whole 2 minutes for it to download.




This was me loading the files into iTunes..



And then it was loaded...... and i was about the click play.




Then the moment i played the first song - i was like this on the inside (i was in the office at this time)




Yeap, i'm a pretty happy kid right now. A review for the album will probably be one of the next posts i put up, but for now, i just need to enjoy the music. It has been TWO years since John Mayer took his 'break' and it is about time he is back.

During the whole event of what today was - i was in the office, so doing my 'happy dance' wasn't possible, but the plus side of being in the office is that i'm not the only one who loves some Mayer music!

PS. Even if i'm not really legally downloading his album, I am still buying his album - i support him and his music, and if you do to, go grab his CD! Out 22nd of May!
